1. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we'll let you know where applicable.

2. Health disclaimer

Our products are for general wellness and are not medical advice; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and results vary from person to person. Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.

3. Returns, refunds & guarantee

Return requests should generally be made within 30 days of delivery, for unopened, unused products in their original condition — contact us first for instructions. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, and damaged or faulty products may be replaced or fully refunded. Eligible orders placed directly on uk-elavate.com may also qualify for our 90-day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to its conditions (see our Refund Policy).

4. Delivery

Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, we aren't responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, and you are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5. Promotions

Only one discount or voucher code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Promotions may have minimum spends and expiry dates, and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elavate Superfoods is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or defective products.

7. Personal use & affiliates

Products are for personal and domestic use only; reselling or commercial distribution without our written permission is prohibited. Affiliates must follow UK advertising rules — misleading claims, impersonation, spam, unauthorised brand use or prohibited paid advertising may lead to withheld commissions or removal from the programme.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
