Shipping Policy

UK delivery

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
• Order by 12pm and we aim to deliver the next day; orders after the cut-off ship the following business day and arrive in around 2 days.
• We ship from the United Kingdom with Royal Mail & Evri, with a maximum delivery time of 48 hours after dispatch.

Lost parcels

Elavate carries the risk of loss in transit — if your order goes missing, we'll send a replacement free of charge.

Undeliverable orders

If the address is incorrect or can't be accessed and the parcel is returned to us, we'll refund the value of the products minus the return postage we paid.

Damaged products

If anything arrives damaged or in poor condition, we'll refund or replace it.
