Covers eligible orders placed directly on uk-elavate.com.
Use the product as directed for 90 days — if you don't see the results you expected, you may receive a 100% refund.
The first three bags of an eligible order are covered and don't need to be sent back; any additional unopened bags must be returned.
To claim, contact us with your order details and proof of purchase.

Only unopened, unused products can be returned — for hygiene and safety reasons, opened items or items with a broken seal generally can't.
Please contact us before sending anything back; unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please check your order on arrival and tell us as soon as possible if something is wrong — we'll review it and put it right.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
